Here in our area, there are many families that don’t know where to turn for help with their families. There are resources available and people waiting to help. Depending on what your family and/or children need, let’s work together to make our future brighter.
There is CHAC which is community health and counseling services that help families everyday with both small and large areas of concern. Also the County of Santa Clara provides great resources and places to begin.
